Mentioned this one before.

Visually stunning and spiritually "out there". Also on netflix for streaming. In the first 11 mintues Gaspar Noe creates one of the most accurate video representations of what a serious "trip" is like. Watching this was like re-living some parts of my past. Also reinforced the decision I made to leave that stuff behind. Fascinating look at a view of what happens after you die (inspired by the Tibetan Book Of The Dead). After watching the entire film you will be mentally exhausted.

"...standing on a pile of skulls"

Makes me think of a Frank Frazetta poster and that I heard they are making a remake of Conan The Barbarian. Hopefully this one wont suck. Sorry Arnold, the first one was beyond weak.
